Adults Jiu Jitsu

Start from zero or build on what you know.

Our classes are structured, Beginner friendly, and designed to help you improve very session.

What to expect:

  •  Classes morning, midday and evening.

  • Clear progression from basics to advanced.

  •  No ego training environment.

  • No Gi and Gi options.

  •  Real skills you can actually use.

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art that focuses on ground fighting. It teaches techniques for controlling your opponent, achieving dominant positions, and applying submissions to force a tap (voluntary surrender). BJJ is effective for self-defense and promotes fitness, discipline, and mental toughness.

  • No experience is necessary! Our classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned grapplers. We offer fundamental classes that break down the basics and ensure a smooth learning curve.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, such as a gi (traditional uniform) or athletic wear (leggings, shorts, and a rash guard)

  • We offer a variety of membership options to fit your needs. You can start with a free trial!. We often have introductory offers for new students!

  • Jiu Jitsu, like any physical activity, carries some risk of injury. However, we emphasize safety and proper technique in our classes. Our instructors are trained to create a controlled learning environment and minimize injuries.

  • The frequency of your training depends on your goals. For self-defense and general fitness, 2-3 classes per week is a good starting point. If you want to compete or progress faster, you can train more often.

  • Yes! BJJ is a great workout for everyone. We offer co-ed classes, as well as women-only or kids programs depending on the gym.

  • Competition is not mandatory. Many students train BJJ for self-defense, fitness, or simply for the enjoyment of learning the art. However, we do support those who want to compete and offer guidance and opportunities for those interested.
